Cross Country

This term is 6 weeks of cross country for the whole of the seniors. On Mondays we have to run 0.5km
On Tuesdays we have to sprint  on the  red and walk on the blue.
On wednesday  we  exercise. Which is : Jumping Jacks,Push Ups,Planks,High Knees Running And More.
On Thursday we have to run 0.5km again
